چکیده
Tumor-associated macrophages are able to regulate the tumor cell proliferation and affect dissemination. The study was aimed assess predictive potential of macrophage population immunohistochemical phenotyping in early malignization H. pylori-associated chronic gastritis. Gastic biopsy samples male female patients aged 48 ± 7.2 infected with Helicobacter pylori were used as research material. divided into three groups: non-atrophic gastritis (NACG, n = 10), atrophic (ACG, G1/G2 gastric adenocarcinoma (GAC, 10). visualized using CD68 pan-macrophage marker type 2 monocyte/macrophage CD163. Intensity neoangiogenesis defined CD31 endothelial by assessing total cross sectional area blood vessels. It found that accompanied dynamic increase size general progression metaplastic processes. According biopsies obtained from NCG, CD163 : ratio 0.67 0.02, vessels 3590.92 356.27 µm2. Atrophic characterized vector redistribution monocytes/macrophages 2nd functional phenotype. expression index group ACG 0.81 0.04, GAC it 0.88 0.03. Microvascular significantly increased groups GAC, which reflected intensification under influence М2 monocytes/macrophages. can serve a predictor together evaluation glandular epithelium atrophy metaplasia degree.

Comparison of IL-6, IL-8 Concentrations in H. pylori- and non-H. pylori-associated Gastritis
B ACKGROUND: Helicobacter pylori is a noninvasive microorganism causing intense gastric mucosal inlammatory and immune reaction. The gastric mucosal levels of the proinlammatory cytokines Interleukin 6 (IL-6) and IL-8 have been reported to be increased in H. pylori infection, but the serum levels in H. pylori infection is still controversial. The purpose of this study was to investigate the ser...

Introduction: Recent studies have shown a relationship between H. pylori and chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (CITP). Objective: The present study was performed to evaluate this relationship in Iranian patients. Methods: The antibody (IgG) against H. pylori was studied in sixty-two patients with CITP, comprising 25 males and 37 females (mean age: 30.38±12.23 yrs ) The patients posi...
متن کاملEnhanced M1 Macrophage Polarization in Human Helicobacter pylori-Associated Atrophic Gastritis and in Vaccinated Mice
BACKGROUND Infection with Helicobacter pylori triggers a chronic gastric inflammation that can progress to atrophy and gastric adenocarcinoma. Polarization of macrophages is a characteristic of both cancer and infection, and may promote progression or resolution of disease. However, the role of macrophages and their polarization during H. pylori infection has not been well defined. METHODOLOG...

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), tongue diagnosis (TD) has been an important diagnostic method for the last 3000 years. Tongue coating can be used as a very sensitive marker to determine the progress of chronic gastritis. Therefore, the scientific, qualitative, and quantitative study for the pathophysiologic basis of tongue coating (TC) emerged as a major direction for the objective resea...
